LEARNING ENGLISH TEENS

This website has activities for beginner to upper-intermediate students. In each level, there are different topics. The exercises begin with pre-activities such as: multiple-choice, filling-gap, or matching activities. Once you have done these exercises that are based on a video that you will have to watch, the speaking practice will begin. In the speaking practice you will be given a question to discuss with your classmates. There is not a specific age for using this website, but an average would be for students over 13 years old (age may vary). It has the audio transcription and pre-listening activities 


 RONG-CHANG 

Suitable for beginners to upper-intermediate students, whose age is over 9 years old. This website contains imitation activities (short, and long audios) with a minimalistic style. This website is nothing out of the habit, but what makes it a valuable resource is the huge amount of topics to practice the speaking skill. Additionally, it has the transcription of the audio tasks. 


ENGLISH SPEAK


Through imitation, and repetition activities, English speak counts with daily life topics to practice the speaking skill. Here it will be found two kinds of audios. the first one with normal speed, and the other one with slow speed. In addition, it has the transcription for each audio. As a matter of fact, the students will be able to repeat what it was said in the audios, practicing in this way their pronunciation and fluency. Suitable for beginners to intermediate students whose age is over 9 years old (age may vary). It will provide you with the audio transcription in case you want to check it out. 


Tips for improving your speaking skill

1. Find an English speaker conversation partner. ( you can use free4talk.com)

2. Make sure to listen carefully before speaking (answer depending on the conversation context)

3. Record your conversation using your cellphone will help you to know the mistakes that you are doing 

4. Surround yourself with the English language. (listening to music, watching videos, reading)

5. Watch movies in the English language with English subtitles, trying to read them while the movie is playing. 

6. Read aloud 

7. Speak to yourself. This may sound weird, but it will help you a lot in your confidence when you have to speak
